The Profiler1 method is a way of evaluating people according to their facial characteristics. This method was developed during the years 1950 to 1963, while before that – in the thirties - Judge Edward Vincent Jones noticed that people who come to court had lines of similarity and similar facial characteristics in identical domains, so he began to investigate the facial characteristics. Many studies conducted have shown that there is an accuracy level of 92% between our facial characteristics and our personal characteristics and behavior. This method is known also as Personology.
First and foremost, Personology was designed to help us know ourselves better and understand why we behave as we do. It was also designed to help us know how to strengthen our good characteristics and improve our weak ones. Some examples of Personology’s applications follow:
Examples of Applications:
Personology can help us to identify the relative advantages of each team member and designate him/her for a suitable role, which will maximize the group’s abilities and allow it to achieve its goals quickly.
Personology will show us if the person sitting in front of us wants to know about more the deal, or if he’s the type who’s only interested in the bottom line, whether he’s the type of person who likes to try new products and novel services or if he’s the kind who will wait to try them after everyone else does. Saving time, efficiency and the right approach will lead every salesperson to the road to success.
Today, almost any person who looks for a new source of income participates in a course that teaches him how to succeed in taking the psychometric exams, how to present himself at a job interview and how to describe his abilities. Personology examines him “as-is”. Are the things he says about himself true, or is he withholding pertinent personal details to get the job? Personology can also recommend a person whose personal professional background make him suitable for a particular position, but it can also recommend a worker who has a positive character and way of working with his direct employer. Again, efficiency and teamwork will lead everyone onto the right road to success.
Of course we want to know if the person who manages our portfolio tends to take risks, something that can lead to unnecessary and painful losses. Personology enables us to know whom we can rely on and whom we have to keep an eye on.
When a family looks for a nanny for their child after reading all the hair-raising articles in the newspapers about abuse, how can they know who to choose? Personology can direct them to a patient woman who has no emotional outbursts and who does not take risks.
Our facial characteristics can’t lie and can’t learn how to pass exams and interviews. Therefore, it is the right and proper way to search for partners, journalists, a nanny, a teacher, a consultant, a life partner and so on.
